Beautiful - *Free Digi Image*

HEEEEEYYYYY!!!!

I don't know about ya'll, but this summer is flying by! It's been crazy with 2 kiddos, that's for sure! I finally had time to dig into my craft stuff and boy am I outdated! So I was pretty sure this would be a good chance to get back to what I love doing when Unity decided to give us this free digi image! Here's what I did with it!

I simply printed the image {twice} cut out a few extra flowers from the 2nd image, slapped some color on with my Copics, cut the image out, stuck it to a piece of kraft papah and WALA! BAM! Done! :)

As you can see, I added a little height here and there!

Holy smokes! 

I can't believe I'm posting twice in one week! ;-) (I'll get over it soon and back into the swing of things)

So it has been what feels like AGES since I've created a layout. But when I saw the BRAND SPANKIN' NEW Unity Inspired Challenge, I was definitely inspired! Here's my layout: 

It's not the best layout I've done, but I give myself a thumbs up for finally getting one done! LOL!

Told ya I'd be back! It's not Project Life....long story, but to make it short...I fell off the bandwagon on that one. I wasn't as organized with it as I thought. Ha! So, I will try again in a few months...maybe! HeHe!

I can't tell you how amazing it felt to finally dig into all my craftiness! I loved every single moment of it! Mind, you, it took me an evening and the rest of this morning to finish it! LOL! Here it is!

So I made this baby for the Sunday Sketch Challenge at Studio Calico! I haven't EVER mentioned SC on here, but le'me tell ya! They are amazing! UGH! Their products are to DIE for! I subscribe to the monthly card kit and the project life kit ( I did that when I was determined to do project life). Every single month I just look at the box of goodies in awe. I love it! 

And a close up....love that Mister Huey's by the way....I think I NEED them all!

Well, I can't tell you how great it has felt to blog something on here! With school, work, and kids, I can't quite get on here as often as I used to, but I will be getting better! Stay tuned! I'm addicted again! ;-)

I'mmmmm Baaaaack!

Holy moly and cows! (the words of my nephew) I can't belive I haven't done a single post on here in 1 year and 11 months...ok fine, pretty much 2 years! Yowza! But I am here. I've got Project Life on my agenda and taking up all my brain space, so I will definitely be back to post! Stay tuned!

BLAST FROM THE PAST - Friends with Flair

SOME of you might....no worries if you don't...I haven't been around....much ;)

So I was pretty proud of myself for making a card in what seems like 928234234 days (since I've even inked up a stamp). Unfortunately Blogger and I have been having a few minor disagreements (maybe IT doesn't even recognize me anymore) :(

So I've been unable to make my "original" post for today. I didn't want to let anybody down, so I decided to re-visit my past Unity creations and I came up with this beauty.............

Mind you, this is from when I FIRST started paper crafting, so please keep the giggles at a minimum. ;) Jus' kiddin' laugh all you need to! :) I did when I "re-visited." TeeHee.
So this beauty was one of my VERY FIRST Unity purchases. And it was going to be the inspiration for my new ink (yes, on my body), but I chickened out...it does seem a bit....big......

THAT FELT GREAT! (to finally make a post).

REMEMBER ME?

YIKES!

It has been next to forever (ok 5 months) since I've posted! Oh how I miss you all SO

MUCH! I miss my crafty-self as well! ;) So what have I been doing? WORKING,

WORKING, and, oh, did I mention WORKING? :) My job is quite amazing and busy all

at the same time, but I do wish I had more me time! I will get there! I HOPE! I hope everyone

is doing so well. I do check out some people's blogs from time to time and you all are getting SO

crafty! I LOVE IT! Ok, I am at work, so I better get going! Stay tuned! I'm getting ready to start a

HUGE project and will be documenting my progress right here on my blog! Stay warm!

Oh wait, ya'll probably aren't in the inches of snow that I am right now! UGH!

It's been a long time!

Yipes! It has been a really long time since I've been on here or stamped for that matter! I have 3 Unity kits that are STILL IN THE ENVELOPE they were sent in! :D Not to mention the ones before that, which remain unopened! Ack! It does, however, feel so relaxing to blog again. So what have I been doing? Well....I got my REAL ESTATE LICENSE! Woo-hoo! I am so excited and LOVING my new job as a real estate agent! I've been so busy with work, though, that I've had to neglect my stamps, blogging, and forum time! Maybe this week I will try to bust out a card with some of those stamps I haven't inked?:D So that is my life as of now. Work, work, work. Hope everyone is having a joyful December! I love this time of year! As soon as we get all of our Christmas lights up, I will TRY to post pictures! For now, ta ta!
