Did anybody go see Twilight last night? I didn't. I don't even think it was playing at either of our two theaters! NO TELLING! I want to see it so badly. I am hoping that when it does get here, Kolby will go with me. When he asked what I was reading (when I couldn't keep my nose out of the books...I don't read all that much.....) and I explained to him what it was all about, he looked at me like I was losing it! :) TeeHee....so I might need to make a movie date with a girlfriend or something b/c I think it's going to be like pulling teeth to get him there! :)
Oh yeah.....my project. :) This week, I FINALLY did a scrapbook page! I am so proud of myself! I'm not too crazy about the way it turned out, but since it's only my 5th page ever doing, I will give myself SOME credit. AND I used stamps from my FAVORITE stamp company in the whole world! Can you guess which one?!
So here it is. Like I said, I'm not too crazy about it. I think I did too much distressing, or I used too much Pacific Point ink. I should've used black or something...... The title reads, "I'll love you...4ever....." then the journaling says (on the side of the picture) ".....I"ll like you for always...." (on the right side top) "........as long as I'm living....." (right side bottom) "......my baby you'll be...."
Stamps Used: Unity Sept. KOM, Worn Grid Background
Ink: SU! Pacific Point, Copics
Paper: CTMH White Daisy, SU! Rainbow Sherbert DP, Pacific Point CS, Green Galore CS, Blush Blossom CS
Accessories: Cricut and Cartridges, Fabri-Tac, Dimensional Adhesives

Has anyone ever read that book? It's called "Love You Forever." It's a little kid's book, but it was one of my favorites when I was little. If you don't know what I'm talking about....the book talks about....here's a little excerpt:
"The baby grew. He grew and he grew and he grew. He grew until he was two years old, and he ran all around the house. He pulled all the books off the shelves. He pulled all the food out of the refrigerator and he took his mother's watch and flushed it down the toilet. Sometimes his mother would say, "this kid is driving me CRAZY!"
But at night time, when that two-year-old was quiet, she opened the door to his room, crawled across the floor, looked up over the side of his bed; and if he was really asleep she picked him up and rocked him back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. While she rocked him she sang:
I'll love you forever,
I'll like you for always,
As long as I'm living
my baby you'll be."

OMG!!!!! Can you believe that is my favorite children's book?? My son is almost 19 and I have been wanting to make a layout with that book......awesome!!!
Wonderful lo - great page! :)
Hooray - another page (not that I don't love your cards, I do!) but I love what you did here - I LOVE that book but cry every time I read it ;-)
Oh, and I think Twilight was playing here - I have a friend who went last night - unless she left town to see it, I'm not sure. I can't wait to see it, a friend and I are going - you should come with us!
Have a great weekend!
Oh, how sweet!!! I have a copy of that book in a slipcase. I used to read it to my boys when they were little. When my girls were tiny, the boys were too rambunctious and used to interrupt, so I quit reading it aloud, but I still love it.
Such a beautiful page.
I too love that book! Great layout Ramsey!
what a beautiful scrapbook page!
So precious!! Love the layout!
What a darling picture! I just started reading Twilight...so hopefully I'll go see it in a couple of weeks.
Great LO. Keep up the good work. I haven't been brave enough yet to venture into the world of scrapbooking! Got a huge box of photos, a couple of albums and stacks and stacks of papers for when I take the plunge!
